The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, as provided in Article 52 of the Consumer Code, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods. The Customer can exercise their right of withdrawal, without indicating the reasons, by sending an explicit declaration to Velia Beachwear at the address provided. The Customer must return the products in the same condition in which they were at the time of delivery, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the request for withdrawal, using the methods indicated in Article 2. If the exercise of the right of withdrawal meets the above conditions, Velia Beachwear will refund the value of the returned products, equivalent to their purchase price, by crediting the amount paid by the Customer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which Velia Beachwear became aware of the request for withdrawal. However, Velia Beachwear may withhold the refund until it has received the goods subject to withdrawal.
Velia Beachwear will make the refund using the same means of payment used by the Customer/Consumer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed with the Customer/Consumer on another means of payment, and provided that this does not lead to additional costs for the consumer. For this purpose, the Customer authorizes Velia Beachwear to keep their bank details and payment data for the time necessary to exercise the right of withdrawal. The Customer can contact us by email to use the return procedure. Following the request, the Customer will receive an email confirming that the return has been accepted. The collection of the return must be agreed with the courier no later than 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The return procedure can only be activated from Italy. The cost of shipping for returning the item is EUR 6.00. This amount will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. According to the provisions of Article 57 of the Consumer Code, the consumer is responsible if the products returned by the Customer are damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, and/or used in a way that does not comply with normal diligence. It is considered that a good is used beyond normal diligence in the case of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., in the event of the removal of the labels, if the garment has been worn and not only tried on). The Customer can return an item purchased on our site only if it is in the same condition in which it was received. The Customer must ensure that the item has not been used or damaged during the trial, soiled or washed, the article retains all the pendants, labels, the guarantee seal placed on the garment at the time of quality control, and the original finishes. The Customer must return all types of items contained in their original box within the original packaging, which is considered an integral part of the item. In the case of return of damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, and/or non-conforming items, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal, the Customer will be charged the sum corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods. In such cases, Velia Beachwear will promptly notify the Customer of the damages and non-conformities found upon receipt of the items.
The sum charged to the Customer, which cannot be higher than the price paid for the purchase of the item, will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
